What does this MR do?
Replaces the standard avatar icon as discussed in https://foodsharing.de/?page=bezirk&bid=2296&sub=forum&tid=227244
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
very (changes only graphic files, new pics have exactly the same filetypes and the same resolutions)

- Look on a profile of a new user without a profile pic.
