Disable store page for countries
What does this MR do?
Disables the list of stores http://foodsharing.de/page=betrieb&bid={id} for countries and Europe. It does not show results anyway because the server runs out memory. The page shows an information message instead. The corresponding API endpoint is disabled too.

- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- In the region menu, select the stores of Europe or Germany

- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
