Donation banner
What does this MR do?
- Inserts donation banner at the top.
- Can be clicked away with a button. Reappears after 24 hours.
- Headline and donation text can be edited via a content column.
- The banner is only displayed if there is a text in the content column and the donation target has not been reached.
- Removed the check in the rest controller for getContent whether a user is logged in.
- The current donation amount, number of donors, donation goal and percentage value are retrieved by api request from donation service provider twingle.
- The progress button is only displayed when at least one donation has been made.
- the "Donate here" button opens a small pop-up window with the Twingle donation form.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

- Describe in a few sentences, what should be tested from a user perspective.
- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
