What does this MR do?

• Bugfix in Teamlist for last pickup
• added the current count in pickup slots
• added the quiz role
• Bugfix the permissions for orga or ambassador user
• Bugfix: If there is no date in the team list yet, today's date will be displayed.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
