Refactor Basket creation and allow choosing different address

What does this MR do?

This MR reworks the basket creation process. This includes:

• Refactoring from php + xhr to vue + REST Api
• Allowing to set a different address for a basket
• Allowing to edit more properties of the basket after creation
• Removing unused parts from the input modal - this includes weight, food types and vegetarian / vegan / organic selection. These can still be handled by the backend, but since they are not used or displayed anywhere currently, we don't need them in the input modal at the moment.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

quite confident, but should be tested in beta thoroughly
