Vue component for basket map bubble

What does this MR do?

New vue component inside the map bubble for baskets. The layout of the component is similar to the old bubble. This is mainly about loadig the basket's data from the new API endpoint map/baskets/{basketId} and making the map more vue-ish.

How to test

1. Checkout branch locally
2. Go to the map
3. Click on the icon of any basket to open the bubble
