Make full store log accessible

What does this MR do?

Makes the full store log accessible to store managers. This includes a selection for the date range and the store log actions to display. Apart from that I cleaned up a lot of related and unused code.

List is truncated at 100 entries to prevent to extending to far if a large time range is selected
