rework slot dropdown to modal

What does this MR do?

• changed slot dropdown to modal to add more information
• added last pickup date to modal
• added name, profile picture, slot state and date / time from slot sign in
• added a const STORE_LOG_ACTION for store log actions in data store
• added a data store for store log
• changed in SignoutHistory to STORE_LOG_ACTION and data store

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
