Refactor pickup modal

What does this MR do?

• timepicker now shows the minutes in 5 minute steps
• adding and deleting pickups has been split into two different modals.
• the time can now be selected by text input, scrolling and by extra picker (3 possibilities)

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
