Show store chain information on store page

What does this MR do?
Shows the chain's information ('common_store_information') on the page of all stores belonging to the chain. Does not add any overhead for stores without a chain.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as userbot
- Go to the page of store that you manage
- Open the store edit dialog, set a chain
- Reload the page, check that you see chain information in the right menu

- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
