Bump package versions in websocket module

What does this MR do?

updates to websocket packages.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

quite some change for the socket.io. works locally but I am eager to see it on beta. Fingers crossed.

see if everything is still working on the frontend. Especially the chat.
