Show the report button on the own profile page

Alex requested to merge report-button-own-profile into master

What does this MR do?

Since the last release the report button has not been visible on the own profile page anymore.

I also added v-if to the modals because they are not needed when the buttons are not shown.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

sure

How to test

  1. Checkout branch locally
  2. Login as foodsaver
  3. Go to your own profile page
  4. You should see the report button and clicking on it opens the dialog
  5. Go to someone else's profile page
  6. You should see the report and moderation button and both open dialogs
