Fix Dashboard Update Feed Settings

What does this MR do?

This MR adds preventDefault handler to submit buttons to avoid page reloading after clicking one of the buttons. It adds after updating the settings the call of loadMoreData to fetch new data.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Sure.

How to test

  1. Login as FS
  2. Click on settings and change a setting.
  3. The list should be reloaded instantly and the change should be done.
