Fix map in region admin tool

What does this MR do?
Fixes a typo in the database query. The field "anschrift" isn't needed on the map, so I removed it from the query.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as orga
- Open the region admin tool http://localhost:18080/?page=region
- Click on some regions and check that their data is being loaded
