Replace XHR bteamstatus by RestAPI Patch for the store

What does this MR do?

Replace the XHR Method to set teamStatus of a store by a RestAPI.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

Should be behave in the same way as before.

How to test

1. Checkout branch locally
2. Login as StoreManager
3. Go to a Store where you are a coordinator
4. Select a different TeamStatus
5. Reload the browser and check it again.
