Fix #1267: Delete events when leaving region

What does this MR do?
When you leave a region, you also leave all events for this region
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
user is not assigned to events anymore

How to test
- Join Region Entenhausen
- create event and join the event
- create/apply for a second event in different region
- look at your dashboard and make sure you see all events from all regions
- leave region entenhausen
