What does this MR do?

• Added a different info modal for foodsharer, how can change the name
• Bug fixed: Removed the bezirk_id in user1 (foodsharer) in seed data
• Bug fixed: Changed in InputName.vue the prop regionId from String to Number and default from '' to 0.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
