Resolve "[Mobile] scale profile image on forum posts"

What does this MR do?
It adds a second avatar image next to the authors name.
How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as foodsaver
- Go on a small viewport
- Open a forum thread
