Remove people from working group by a new button
What does this MR do?
Adds a new button to the member list of working groups which allows removing members.

How to test
- Checkout branch locally
- Login as userorga
- Go to any working group and look at the members list
- Click the button to remove a member
- Test the same as another user, where you should not see the buttons

- Describe in a few sentences, what should be tested from a user perspective.
- Also mention different settings (e.g. different browsers, roles, ...) how this change can be tested.
- Be aware, that also non technical people should understand.
