follow-up for footer

Christian Walgenbach requested to merge follow-up-footer into master

Related to #1023 (closed)

What does this MR do?

  • Removed noto sans font (agreed with Clara - UX-Design)
  • Removed class nav-link for hover underline in all menu links
  • On sm breakpoint, the first two segments as col-6 with more breathing room
  • Added a max-with 75% for donate button

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
