Fix for sentry javascript sdk to 5.15.4 because it is broken

What does this MR do?

sentry javascript SDK version 5.15.2 has a bug and you get this error in your browser:

./node_modules/@sentry/utils/esm/misc.js
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve 'perf_hooks' in '/app/client/node_modules/@sentry/utils/esm'

This MR update to version 5.15.4 and there is the bug fixed.

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?
