Add media css query to push buttons in next line on small screens

What does this MR do?

In the event template on the dashboard, the buttons for accepting / declining an invitation are pushed down into the next line, if they do not all fit next to the Calendar symbol (on small screens).

How confident are you it won't break things if deployed?

99.9% (just a bit of css)
