Move "Neuen Betrieb eintragen" to a better place.

On my dashboard, I have "Neuen Betrieb eintragen" on the left bottom of the page. It is hard to see without its own title and I would not expect such link on my dashboard. It is much better situated on https://foodsharing.de/?page=betrieb&bid=XXX as it is already. However, I would love to see this link in the context menu of the top bar link "Betriebe". Just as in "Bezirke", there should be a horizontal line at the bottom, followed by a plus symbol and the link "Neuen Betrieb eintragen".

On similar topic: "Neuen Esseskorb anlegen" and "Bezirk beitreten" look quite different. I think it would be optically more pleasing, if the design stays constant over all menus.
