Sort own stores in store list for biebs to the top

Description

As a Bieb it would be nice to have all own stores in the store list are on top, so biebs see all their stores immediately.

Impact

Biebs are affacted. If the mail notification are to slow, it could happens, that a bieb see not fast enough that a slot in one of his stores is empty. If the bieb clicks on the store list, he must scroll through the whole list and look for the coloured dashs.

Proposal

With this feature the bieb have all own stores on top in the list. After that maybe a seperator would be nice. In the bottom the other stores can shown.
