Improvements for the registration form

• On the log-in page (https://beta.foodsharing.de/?page=login) clicks Register, the form does not come, but the error message Du hast leider keine Berechtigung für diesen Bezirk. -> !1425 (merged)
• Data protection + legal agreement are linked on page 3 and 5. These should be more recognizable. Maybe you could change the color from brown to green, then it will attract more attention? (there are other green links on the platform, but do not know if this is otherwise consistent)
