menue isn't scrollable (yet)

Summary

The menue bar (navbar) isn't scrollable in browsers (confirmed in chromium + firefox mobile & desktop)

Steps to reproduce

• go to foodsharing.de (logged in)

• Click on 'infos' / click the hamburger menue

• If on desktop: Change the display so that the info-listing would go beyond the page margin (e.g. by pulling window smaller)

What is the current bug behavior?

The list disappears at the bottom and you cannot reach the lower entries.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The menue should be scrollable.

Relevant error messages and/or screenshots

Possible fixes

a) "Move the menue item up", so you could access the info-button easier.

b) Make the menue scrollable.
