Open link to markdown description in a new window

Description

I didn't find a issue like that in the database. When a user writes a new post (new thread or answer to an existing thread) in a forum there is a short description above the field "Nachricht": "Zur Formatierung von kursivem oder fettem Text kannst du Markdown verwenden. Achtung: Möchtest du ein * in deinem Text verwenden, so musst du ein \ voranstellen. Zum Beispiel beim Gendern des Wortes Botschafter*innen." If he choices the link "Markup" (https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Markdown) the link destination will be opened in the same window. This can cause trouble for the user because he loses his prepared text.

Goal

The issue will lead to a better user experience by affordable effort.
