"Notizen und Entscheidungen" can not be deleted anymore

Got to: (The foodsaver ID is just an example !) https://beta.foodsharing.de/?page=report&sub=foodsaver&id=894 (same problem on prod !)

What is the current bug behavior?

There was an button "löschen", that does not exist anymore since some weeks. The button exists only for my own comments !

What is the expected correct behavior?

"löschen" button should exist
