Allow reactions to wall posts

Similarly to forums, emoji reactions should be available for wall posts.

Easier communication and quick way to get (non-anonymous) votes on something, similarly to how it is commonly used in forums.

Allow reactions to all wall partipicants: stores, events, questions, profile notes (orga)
No reactions: groups, regions, profile, food share points
