Store managers get reminder notification by email because of empty pickups even if there are none
Summary
BVs daily get the notification by email daily even though no pickups after setting the regular slots to none.
Steps to reproduce
Take a store, add regular pickups in the store settings but leave "How many weeks in advance can food savers sign up using automatic slots?" with "No pickup calender interval defined"
It is unclear if this also happens in a store where those pickups have not yet been created by the backround routine.
However it happen in real stores that paused for some weeks and the value therefor was set to "No pickup calender interval defined"
Only when deleting all entries for pickup dates then there no longer is a mail sent.
