Follow-up public region page

• Cache public region data locally (@alex.simm started a discussion)
• Region stats look a bit weird with realistic data. Weights should be displayed in tonns, and digtits should be grouped.
• The list of subregions is ordered the incorrectly
• The statistics icons look a bit like buttons. This should be fixed.
• Long mail addresses don't get broken to the next line
• Long breadcrumbs don't get broken to the next line
• The height of the map should fit to the page height instead of fixed 400px
• Add link from the map to the big map
• Allow leaving regions from the region page
• There should be a nicer link to this page like /region/muenster for example. The mail can be used as the text-key, since it is a unique URL compatible representation of the region name already.
• Link regions in profile to pubic region page directly
• Add redirect from inaccessible pages
• Page loading skeleton
• Dont show empty stats
• Rename last month to last 30 days
• Allow editing region Pin and text on public region page
• Remove region pin page
