Improve pickup history loading

Description

The pickup history on the profile page is slow and should have a loading animation.

Beta-Tester: "Im eigenen Profil lädt die Abholhistorie recht lange. Wenn dann in der Abholhistorie auf „Weitere laden“ gedrückt wird, dauert es recht lange und man sieht nicht, ob es überhaupt etwas macht. Da wäre eine Anzeige wie das die Abholhistorie nachgeladen wird, hilfreich."
