Remember setting of collapsed/ expanded elements on store site for every single store instead of globally for all stores

Goal

Remember for every store (instead of currently globally for all stores at all) the setting if a brown collapsible container got collapsed or expanded. So, in some stores the member list could be always kept collapsed (e.g. in very big teams) whereas other stores still keep showing the member list. Same for the other elements...
