Profile page: Display last pickup and previous home district(s) to AMBs
Proposal
Add two features on a user’s profile page, visible to the AMBs (or the local GOALS member support) of the distrtict(s) the user is in:
- Add a possibility to see the former home districts of the user,
- Show when and where the last pickup took place.
Description (short)
For various organizational processes, it is necessary for AMBs (or the local GOALS working group member support) to see, when and where a person had their last pickup and (if available) what their last home districts were.
Description (more detailed)
If a member joins a district and this is to become the new home district (e.g. due to a change of residence), the responsible AMBs have to clarify various things with the previous home district(s). In the best case, however, they currently only see the current home district in the profile, but only if the foodsaver has not yet left it and the previous AMBs have not yet removed her/him from there. Especially if a member left his previous home district due to serious problems (“Bezirksflucht”), you usually cannot see what the previous home district was — at most perhaps from the pickups, but only if any were made during the last month.
It would also be important to see when and where the last pickup took place, especially if it was a long time ago. (In many places it is then seen as necessary to refresh the theoretical basics that may have been added in the meantime or even to carry out new introductory collections. At the moment, however, as an AMB or GOALS member support person, you can only see the last month at all.)
Impact
Affects/visible only for responsible AMBs and/or members of the local member support group. Why they need this is explained in the previous point. Personally, I don’t see any data protection obstacles here, since according to our data protection declaration, this group of people is allowed to see such things anyway and it is also mandatory for the necessary operational processes.
Implementation
Where the home district is currently displayed if one exists (if none is assigned, it should instead say: “Home district: none”), if there were previous home districts (to be determined from the fs_foodsaver_change_history table), a dropdown arrow or similar could be displayed showing these when it is opened.
The last pickup date and store could be displayed… well… maybe in the existing pickup history tab if there isn’t any newer pickup — or somewhere else.
