Add a link in the application mail for workgroups

Description

If you receive an Aapplication mail for a workgroup, you always have to go manually to the respective working group, then go to “Applications” and then you can accept them there. And if other admins have already been quicker by then and have already accepted or rejected, the “applications” item no longer exists. This might actually be a bit confusing for newbies.

Goal

In the generated email provide a link that leads directly to the respective application and where it is also displayed if the person has already been accepted or rejected by another admin.

Solution

+ keeping the menu point even if there are no current application (best would be to show the recent applications and state)
