Show weekdays on event headers again

Description

!1717 (merged) slightly re-designed event headers, and as part of that, weekdays are no longer visible on event headers. This makes it harder to decide if one can attend.

Goal

Don't compromise on UX that was previously there when refactoring parts of it.

Include the day of week below the event title again
