New status "Betrieb existiert nicht mehr" for stores which don't exist anymore, and prevent them from displaying on the map
Description
The map area and the store statuses could be improved. If a store is closed forever and no longer exists in the real world, there is i) no matching status for such cases and ii) no need to keep that store in the map.
If it's kept in the map even though it no longer exists in the real world, this often irritates users (especially in areas which have a high density and high fluctuation rates of lets say different former restaurants at the same location) and gives the wrong impression that foodsharing is dramatically out of date. Some districts are disposing such stores to north pole, null island, desert valley or so on, which is also not very elegant even though it cannot be assumed that we will pick up there in the near future – but this is indeed somewhat unclean and is bothering @jofranz for example.
Goal
Better overview in the map, less irritation of the users when they look for stores in the map, better public image (one could think, foodsharing is completely out of date, wenn users find stores which aren't existing for a long time in between) and avoiding trash disposal somewhere at nowhere.
Solution
Adding a new status „Betrieb existiert nicht mehr“ (maybe brown or black) and preventing the display of stores with this code on the map (could maybe be done by just modifing the executed SQL query to obtain the stores to display in the map module).
