Create "Data Privacy Settings" page

Description

Currently there is no 'Data Privacy Settings' page on the profile page ( foodsharing.de/?page=settings&sub=general ).

Impact

All foodsavers. It is a helpful feature to give users agency over their data.

Proposal

A new page could be added under the 'settings' page. It would contain the following:

Options for data protection. (x) marks the preset option

  • Visibility of data

Who can view your home district, address, surname and date of birth?

( ) Active ambassadors, whose district I join, are allowed to view my address, name and date of birth stored on the platform. I also allow them to edit my data if necessary.

(x) Only my ambassadors active in my home district may view this data. Ambassadors of host districts only see my name and my home district.

( ) No foodsharer may see this data. Note: Allowing this is necessary to complete your verification and create your passport. Once you have created your badge, you may disable this feature again if you wish. A new verification would be necessary in case you move. This option is always available for people with access to the databank, namely Orga people.

  • Visibility on the map

Show your address entered under Settings for all other foodsavers as a pin on the map?

( ) Yes, I would like to be visible on the map for all registered food savers.

(x) No, I don't want to appear on the map for other foodsavers. Ambassadors and Orga people will still see my pin on the map regardless.

  • Visibility of my districts

Display the districts you joined:

(x) All registered users page can my districts on my profile page.

( ) Only Orga people and ambassadors should be able to see, which districts I joined. For all other foodsharers this information will remain hidden.

  • Visibility of my AGs

(x) A list of the AG's in which I am an administrator is displayed on my profile page.

( ) This list should not be shown to other users inside my profile page by default. I am aware that people who call the respective AG can see who administers it and that Orga people can always see which AGs I administer.

  • List of my future pickups (this would be a new feature for BOTs!)

( ) Show a list of future pick-ups I am registered for to all foodsavers, store managers and ambassadors on my profile page.

(x) Show a list of future pick-ups I am registered for to active ambassadors of my home district on my profile page.

( ) Do not show anyone a compiled list of future pick-ups on my profile page.

  • Visibility of phone number

(x) Show my phone number to other all team members in all stores I am registered to.

( ) Show my phone number only to the store managers in all stores I am registered to.

( ) Show my phone number to no other foodsharer (except ambassadors and Orga people).

  • Visibility of my surname in the stores

( ) Everyone on the team is allowed to see my full name.

(x) Store managers and ambassadors are allowed to see my full name, all others only see my first name and the first letter of the last name.
