Registration form: Email validator does not trim
Summary
When registering a new user, the javascript validation fails when there is a space in the end.
Steps to reproduce
Register a new user and put a space after a valid email address. It gets rejected.
What is the expected correct behavior?
Whitespace at the beginning/end should automatically be trimmed before such a field is validated. AFAIK we do this on login already, we should do it for validation as well. But please also check that we trim server side as well (or trim before submission).
