Rules of pickups frequency in stores
Description
There are stores and cooperations that are very popular and highly frequented. Some other cooperations are less popular and have empty pickup schedules (or empty cleaning schedules regarding fair share point stores for cleanings). So on some stores regulations have been put on place to either ensure everyone get's their turn and the pickups are kind of fair distributed and on others that the less frequented get some more people for a pickup.
A rule can be : you are only allowed to pick up 1 times in a week. or you can only pickup at this very popular store when you have done a less popular pickup/chore in the last 3 weeks.
Right now it is a manual task to either look in the history (has to be evaluated to which extend it is covered by the GDPR) and as the foodsaver doesn't have the possibility to verify the information convince him that it's true, that his pickup rules are not fullfilled.
Also it does happen that there are unclear excemptions from time to time.
Impact
foodsavers / store managers / ambassadors
Proposal
To make it possible to establish rules for pickup calenders that are automatically checked when a user wants to sign in for a spot on the calender. If the rule is not met than his entry is declined (you don't fullwill the rules for pickup).
Rules could be
- number of pickups in the last x weeks (and) or (or ) number of pickups in store xyz in the last x weeks.
- x the rules are invalid 24h before a pickup.
And they can be shown above the calender. This would make it transparent for everyone. Fair as it is clear and can be decided by the group. no exceptions can be made.
Transparent post on the wall "rules have been changed : new rules " etc.
