Change php indenting to 4 spaces to comply PSR-12
Description
Opening the very first php file in this project just to see tab indention really hurt my eyes (Yes, really, I have render whitespace turned on!
This even does not comply with PSR-12 where it states:
2.4 Indenting
Code MUST use an indent of 4 spaces for each indent level, and MUST NOT use tabs for indenting.
Since you're using code format tools and .editorconfig this would be a real quick and easy change, but with a massive merge request / code change, so we should probably talk about how to handle this the smartest way.
Goal
The goal is to comply PSR-12 with indenting so that php files are formatted with 4 spaces instead of tabs.
Evidence
The most obvious evidence is here: https://gitlab.com/foodsharing-dev/foodsharing/-/blob/master/.editorconfig#L13
Solution
That's the question! We could simply let the code formatter run over every file, edit the .editorconfig and done. Easy. But since I don't have to whole picture of this project currently, I might oversee something.
