Fix crash when there's no data for PriceIndices.  Fix #66 by adding 'Default' and 'SelectAll' buttons.

Fix price indices.  Basically, we need to move the Charts initialization outside of the loading block (and hide it with the hidden attribute).

Fix bad serialization with materials (forgot to change MatId -> MaterialId).  Also bumping up the Db store.

Update to VS2022.  Add some FIOWeb-specific components (now that I understand how this works...) and clean up all Auth requiring loads
