Implement the same hack for production order added we did for removed.  Basically, for some reason, the message coming in a more succinct version.  How to differentiate these two is going to be difficult.

Minor cleanup to Contract/shipments.  Minor clenaup to Production queries.  Add 'PRODUCTION_ORDER_REMOVED' as an actual message to the js script.

SiteBuildingId -> BuildingId for repairables/reclaimables.  More null checks of infrastructure programs payload

Fix planetproductionfees to not include unsettled planets.  Add /csv/reclaimables and /csv/repairables.

Made pretty much all queries that could be non-tracking be non-tracking. This should help in the memory/performance department.

Fix removing production line orders under cases where the productionline itself was destroyed.  Handled UserData/CompanyData for deleted users.

Fixup Contracts so that the keys are actually unique and not dependent on index.  The index is apparently the raw index of the payload--not the index of the contract condition.  It's correct with the full payload, though. Fixup Flights so that we don't lazy-evaluate sub-objects (and have it result w/ a split query). Fixup the contract key/parent-key lengths.

Major overhaul of UserData. UserData is properly associated with company data now. Uploader script has been updated to accomodate the changes.  Loans and shipment tracking should now properly work.  Balances are now properly retrieved.

Fix .gitignore.  Changing doc.fnar.net /planet/sitescounts -> /planet/sitescount as per #61.  Requires pushing new api, but the fix is in.
