**garm** (**g**raphs **a**s **r**iemannian **m**anifolds) is an R package (in progress) implementing several forms of graph and network analysis from the perspective of graphs as discrete approximations to Riemannian manifolds. This includes the simulation of partial differential equations on graphs (such as the heat equation), and a number of invariants related to geometric or analytic constructions on graphs.

- Simulates the heat equation on a graph, and computes several graph features derived from the heat equation.

### Installation

The package can be installed directly from the Gitlab repository using the `devtools`

package with

`devtools::install_git('https://gitlab.com/fmriToolkit/garm.git')`

Alternately, the repository can be cloned to a local machine and installed through the terminal by running

`R CMD INSTALL garm`

in the directory containing the folder.
