Send location on boot

I was thinking about a feature, like when the phone boots, the first thing that the app does after the self-test is sending the location to the server and/or selected numbers on the white-list, which can help if the phone was lost/stolen. I don't know if this is possible, but it's a good feature that came to my mind.
