Bug Summary

replies "rings" to SMS but does not ring

Steps to reproduce

1. Send SMS from allowed contact
2. Sender receives "rings" as an answer, a silent notification appears on the receiving phone, but that phone doesn't ring, even though a ringtone has been selected. Behaviour verified on both "Silent" and "Ring" modes of the phone.

Phone does not ring
