Cover server connectivity issues

As raised by roylez on Seafile's forum https://forum.seafile.com/t/docker-client-to-sync-files-with-containers/8573/24?u=flow.gunso, when the server is unreachable, the entrypoint seems to fail.

1. Cover that situation with a proper error message
2. Implement that situation in tests
