Reported as unhealthy when it is actually healthy

The healthchecks rely on the output of seaf-cli status.

For a reason unknown, seaf-cli status may not output anything while the library is being processed, but the process is healthy anyway.

Return an healthy state when the output is empty or only return an unhealthy state when an error is explicitly reported by seaf-cli status.
