Would you consider include Ical date parsing

Hi, thanks a lot for your work. While using the library I ended up creating function to parse DTSTART and DTEND Date into DateTime. Would you consider adding parsing function for those kind of properties and is this in your mind out of this crate scope. If you think it's a good idea I might create a MR with such code
