Remove initial node campaign addresses and improve the unknown pledge message
requested to merge freetrader/flipstarter-electron-cash:improve/issue_38_description_for_unknown_destination into master
Using the warning message text that is suggested in Issue #38 (closed).
Removed the completed node campaigns, but left the Flipstarter and testing related addresses.
